Rent varies depending on accommodation type, level of service, and term of stay. The following can be used as a guide:

• Self contained studio unit, from $300 per week
• Two bedroom unit, from $400 per week

Upon acceptance of this application, the following payment will be required:

RENT: 1 weeks in advance
FACILITIES FEE: NZ$120 per person (non-refundable one-off fee)
BOND: Equivalent to Three weeks rent
